Charlie Hunt, the younger brother of Chancellor Jeremy Hunt, has died from cancer at the age of 53.
Charlie, a father of three, died peacefully on Monday after a three-year battle with sarcoma.
His death comes just weeks after Jeremy Hunt spoke about the family's "tough battle" with the disease.
In an interview with the Telegraph, Hunt said that his brother had been "an inspiration" to him and his family.
"He was a wonderful brother, a loving husband and father, and a dear friend to many," Hunt said.
"He will be deeply missed by all who knew him."
Charlie Hunt's death is a tragic loss for the Hunt family.
